For those who have already picked up your team packages and completed all waivers, you may proceed directly to the grounds. Your start times will vary so please check when your first game starts. I suggest arriving 30 minutes in advance of your first game.
For all others please check in at the sports registration desk on arrival to pick up your team package. The registration desk opens at 8am. I suggest arriving earlier than 8:30am. There may be lineups so please show up early.
In the package you will find your meal tickets, water tickets and bracelets for each player.
All waivers must be signed to receive your team package. This is an electronic version of the waiver form - please print it, fill it out and bring with you on the day of the tournament.
Please let your teammates know there is a free shuttle from the Gloucester Centre - check the website for more info. Please note all parking by-laws will be enforced.

Here's a sure-fire way to get the most out of the CHEO BBQ. Have a gander at this list before heading to Shefford Park on Saturday!
- Dress for the Weather!
Check the forecast and dress appropriately.

on gas that is! We've got a shuttle departing from Platform 4A of Blair Transit Station! (Google Map Link) Here are the details:
- 7:30 to 10:00 Every 15 min.
- 10:00 to 14:00 Every 30 min.
- 14:00 to 18:00 NO BUS WILL BE RUNNING
- 18:00 to 21:00 Every 30 min.

Gearing up for 2008

Our organizing committee is hard at work planning to make the 2008 CHEO BBQ the best yet, although we'd have to work pretty hard to top last year! All of the invaluable feedback we received last year is playing an instrumental role in the planning of the 2008 CHEO BBQ. Thanks to all of you who attended the BBQ last year, we look foward to seeing you again in 2008!
