Welcome to the CHEO BBQ Tournament Registration. As always, we have an Ultimate Frisbee AND a Beach Volleyball tournament.

Volleyball Rules
Tournaments start at 9:00am. Tournaments finish at 6:30pm.
The event closes at 9:00pm.
There is a free shuttle from the Gloucester Centre.
Please note all parking by-laws will be enforced.
Beer Tent access requires a Red Bracelet, which you get at front gate. Children will be allowed in the Beer tent area, until 6pm.
Based on your feedback we’ve changed the time we are serving dinner to 3pm. Dinner coupon (ticket included in captains’ registration package) must be exchanged for food and water tickets at ticket booth. Dinner will be served from 3pm to 7pm. BBQ lunch is available for purchase on the grounds.
There may be limited shade in volleyball court area. However, there is plenty of space in and around the volleyball court area for teams to set up tarps or tent like structures to provide themselves with shade.
Rain or shine!
No outside alcohol will be allowed.

Rules and Regulations

Team Registration fees are :
- Before May 15th, 2010:
  Volleyball:$280
  Ultimate: $300
- After May 15th, 2010:
  Volleyball: $310
  Ultimate: $330
All volleyball teams must play with a minimum of 6 players (minimum 2 members of each gender) and Ultimate teams must play with a minimum of 7 players (minimum 3 members of each gender).
Due to limited space, applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment received does not guarantee a spot in the tournament, and confirmation of your registration will be provided in late May 2010.
If you are placed on a waiting list, you will be notified should a spot become available in the tournament, and your payment information will be requested upon notification.
Each team must have completed on-line registration or submitted a completed Team Registration Form to the CHEO BBQ Office, accompanied with the appropriate registration fee by June 7th, 2010. The CHEO BBQ Committee reserves the right to accept or reject late entries, at its discretion.
There are NO REFUNDS of registration fees after May 31st, 2010.
If not completed Online, a completed team list of members giving the names and genders of each team member must be delivered to the CHEO BBQ office no later than 4:30 p.m. on May 31st, 2010. ANY CHANGES TO THE ROSTER MUST BE MADE BY JUNE 7th, 2010AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY NEW WAIVER FORMS FOR THE ADDED PLAYERS.
A person may register with and play for only one team.
Only those players from which we have received a signed waiver (either online or offline) shall be permitted to play in the tournament.
All players must be 16 years of age as of June 12th, 2010.
